Nichol Bradford’s mission is to amplify human intelligence, step change human collaboration, and democratize wellbeing by leveraging scientific breakthroughs in neuroscience, advances in exponential technologies, AND leadership transformation. Nichol invests as the Co-Founder and Partner at Nirmeia Collective, a seed stage venture fund. She builds community as the Co-Founder of Transformative Tech.org. As an tech executive, CEO, founder, and investor, Nichol Bradford has operated a $250m+ business, built a new entity from scratch, started a global movement for human centric tech, and advised and coached hundreds of tech founders.  Along the way, she has experienced success,  fear, and risked everything to take the road to her most authentic self.
